I prefer, Introducing rice at the start of weaning can be a good option as it is easily digestible and less likely to cause allergic reactions. Rice, particularly in the form of rice cereal, is commonly used as a first solid food for babies because it is bland, easy to swallow, and can be mixed with breast milk or formula to create a smooth texture.
